The LGU-Dolores, Quezon through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered and qualified contractors/suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid the hereunder contracts:

2. P557,000.00- General Fund- 20% DF-Appropriation Ordinance No. 9-2017 dated 7/19/2017

1. Dolores Central School, Dolores, Quezon
2. Public Market, Dolores, Quezon

CONTRACT DURATION:
1. 3 Calendar Days
2. 30 Calendar Days

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
1. Receipt of LOIs-------------------September 21-28, 2017 - For Infrastructure Only
2. Issuance of Bid Documents----September 21-29, 2017
3. Pre-Bid Conference------------ ___________ @2:30 PM
4. Receipt of Bids------------------ September 29, 2017 @ 1:30 PM
5. Opening of Bids---------------- September 29 2017 @ 1:31 PM

Bid documents will be available upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P1,000.00 for ABC costing more than P500,000.00 up to 1 Million and P 500.00 for ABC costing P 500,000.00 and below to the Municipal Treasurer.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184.

The LGU-Dolores, Quezon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and reject all bids prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
